I have been eating really well today so I don’t feel like total shit (bowl of kashi cereal with almond milk, an apple, a peach, a banana, toast w/ an avocado, and a protein shake), and I got both bathrooms cleaned - in addition to working 8 hours, of course.

Feeling decent about myself today. Fingers crossed this boot comes off Friday and I can run again soon. 👍💪✌️

I am ready to be able to run again so I can at least feel skinny again. I feel so gross and fat. It’s so frustrating.

Edit: also, my stress levels a fucking through the roof and I can’t run to at least keep them down at a tolerable level.

Ok. I’m done complaining. Thinking positive thoughts that I get this friggin’ boot off on Friday and can run again soon.

I stopped feeling sorry for myself and created a circuit workout that doesn’t involve using my foot so I can still workout while my stress fracture is healing.
