I need to do things and be productive but all I want to do is sleep.

In case you ever wondered what it’s like working out with a 5 month old Husky. He insists on “helping” and thinks he is still small enough to fit in my lap. Also, when I do abs, he likes to lay under my head and put his paw on my face.

I know rest days are really important, but I really want to run today. Actually running two miles and not stopping (and seeing myself improving/getting stronger) yesterday was such a huge motivator.
